What we keep

Your username, password (hashed only; we never have the password itself), faction, language and, if you choose, your email.
Game data: villages, buildings, troops, battle reports, alliance, gems and in-game purchases.
Direct messages and alliance-hall lines you send.
To stop cheating and multi-accounts: hashed traces of your IP and device (not the IP itself) and when you are active.
If you install the Android app and allow notifications: a notification token so attacks can reach your phone.
If you buy gems: the order, amount, payment method and the receipt you upload or the transaction id.

What we use it for

Running the game and keeping your progress.
Sending necessary emails (welcome, password reset, security notices) if you gave an email.
Notifying your phone about game events.
Checking payments and delivering gems.
Moderation: handling reports, cheating and abuse.

Who it is shared with

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Services the game runs on, which see data only for that purpose: Hetzner (server), Cloudflare (network and security), Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (notifications), our email provider, and Telegram (payment receipts are sent to the team’s private group for review).
When the law requires it.

What other players see

Your username, faction, villages on the map, ranking, alliance, bio and badges. No player sees your email or payment details.

Security and retention

Traffic to the server is encrypted (HTTPS). Data is kept while your account exists. IP and device traces unseen for 90 days are removed automatically. Payment records may be kept for accounting.

Deleting your account

In the game: Menu → Profile → “Delete account”, then enter your password. Your account, villages, troops, received messages and gems are erased for good at once. Messages you sent are erased too, except the text of a message someone had already reported to the moderators.
If you can’t sign in, ask our Telegram support and we will delete the account once you show it is yours.

Children

The game is not made for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
